How to order

Step 1

When you have received our online quotation, please read & carefully check all the details. This may then be completed as an Order Form. If you wish to change any information on the quotation, please email us with the corrections we need to make.

Step 2

An Order Form will appear complete with all the information you have requested. You will need to fill in your contact details. We require 40% deposit with order, the balance will be due just prior to shipping.

Step 3

The payment section shows the amount to be paid: you will be asked to select your method of payment and then to complete your order, simply click on the “Place My Order” button.

If you selected Credit Card payment, you will receive a secure & entirely encrypted Credit Card payment authorisation link from WORLDLINE to complete your card details.

Thereafter, you will immediately receive an email acknowledging your order has been submitted together with your Customer Order Number. If you select payment by bank transfer, you will promptly receive a page with our Bank details.

Step 4

Once we have received your deposit (see Payment Terms) and our suppliers have confirmed your order, which usually takes about 3 working days, we will send you our Order Confirmation which means your order has been accepted. It is extremely important you carefully check the Order Confirmation to make sure all the details are correct as it is this Order Confirmation which then becomes the legal contract between us. Corrections or changes to the Order Confirmation must be notified within 2 working days. For details, see Terms & Conditions

Once you are ready to order having received a detailed email quotation, we will be pleased to send you a formal quotation link for the products you wish to order.
