Delivery Options:

White Glove Delivery
We offer our US customers white-glove delivery for convenience and peace of mind.

Our white-glove service includes:

. Unpacking and simple assembly

· Removal of all packaging & debris

To provide an accurate quotation we will ask you details about any access constraints like stairs, narrow entrances and/or elevator dimensions.

Curb-side Delivery
A more economical delivery service direct to your door or curb-side is also available..

Export Packing
All furniture is shipped in manufacturers’ original export cartons. For particularly fragile or high-risk pieces we provide custom-made wood crates for additional protection in transit.

USA Tariff
The current US tariff on most furniture imports from the European Union is 10% and is payable when the goods enter the US. The process is straightforward and managed by our forwarder’s customs agents. We will be pleased to explain the procedure to you with our quote.

Tax & Duty
Most furniture shipped from Europe to USA is free of duty. Where duty is applicable, we will advise in advance. For example, carpets, lighting & mirrors attract duty at around 8%. Sales Tax may be charged locally, regulations vary from one State to another.

Customs Inspection
US customs inspections are infrequent & generally random. In the unlikely event that a shipment is selected for inspection, any associated costs would be payable to the local agent when the goods are cleared.
